Transmission of Data between visitors/customers' browsers and Baysingers' server

All data transmitted between visitors/customers' browsers and Baysingers' servers is transmitted over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)  which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

The entirety of the domain is served over the HTTPS protocol using an SSL certificate issued by COMODO RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA. Encryption is via RSA Encryption algorithm with a key size of 2048 bits.

Statement of PCI Compliance

Baysingers' is a Level 4 PCI Compliant Merchant as defined by the PCI-DSS council. Baysingers uses Authorize.Net for online credit card processing who are also PCI compliant. All data transferred between Baysingers and Authorize.Net is over an SSL connection with encryption. No Credit Card data is stored on Baysingers' servers.
